To ensure project quality, protect the rights and interests of supporters, and maintain the long-term and stable operation of the Platform ecosystem, the Platform establishes unified access and management rules for project initiators (hereinafter referred to as the “Project Creator” or “Initiator”).
All Project Creators who launch projects on the Platform shall comply with the following rules.
1.Basic Eligibility Requirements for Project Creators
1.1 Legal Entity Qualification
The Project Creator shall be a natural person with full civil capacity, a legally registered company, a sole proprietorship, or any other lawful organization.
The Platform reserves the right to require corresponding entity verification documents based on the project scale and risk level.
1.2 Identity and Information Authenticity
The Project Creator must complete the real-name verification and qualification review required by the Platform and ensure that all submitted identity information, entity details, and contact information are true, accurate, and valid.
1.3 Compliance Commitment
The Project Creator shall ensure that the project does not violate any applicable laws or regulations and does not involve illegal fundraising, pyramid schemes, financial derivatives, equity financing, or any other regulated or restricted financial activities.
2.Project Content and Product Requirements
2.1 Project Type Restrictions
The Platform only accepts innovative projects centered on physical products or services closely related to physical products. The following project types are not accepted:
Financial investment, lending, wealth management, or equity-related projects
Cryptocurrencies, securities, futures, or related derivatives
Purely conceptual projects without clear delivery objectives
Projects that violate public order and morals or pose obvious legal risks
2.2 Project Feasibility Requirements
The Project Creator shall possess basic execution capabilities, including but not limited to product design, manufacturing, supply chain management, and fulfillment capabilities, and shall provide a reasonable implementation plan.
2.3 Information Disclosure Completeness
Information displayed on the project page shall be true, clear, and complete, including:
Project background and concept description
Product features and core selling points
Project timeline and key milestones
Risk disclosures and explanations of uncertainties
3.Funding Goals and Reward Structure Rules
3.1 Reasonableness of Funding Goals
The Project Creator shall set funding goals reasonably based on actual costs, execution capacity, and market conditions and shall not falsify, exaggerate, or significantly underestimate project costs.
3.2 Reward Content Requirements
Project rewards shall primarily consist of physical products, services, or other lawful benefits permitted by the Platform. Rewards must be clearly defined, deliverable, and verifiable.
3.3 Prohibited Reward Types
Project Creators shall not offer or promise the following as rewards:
Monetary returns, interest, or dividends
Equity, debt, or similar financial interests
Fixed or variable investment returns
4.Compliance with Points (PTC) Rules
4.1 Confirmation of Points Nature
The Project Creator acknowledges and confirms that PTC are Platform points or benefit vouchers and do not constitute currency, securities, or investment products.
4.2 Obligation to Follow Points Rules
The Project Creator shall comply with the Platform’s rules regarding the acquisition, locking, and release of points and shall not modify, interfere with, or promise additional points benefits without authorization.
4.3 Prohibition of Misleading Promotion
The Project Creator shall not, in any form, describe PTC as “investment returns,” “appreciating assets,” or provide interpretations inconsistent with Platform rules.
5.Project Execution and Information Disclosure Obligations
5.1 Progress Update Responsibility
After successful funding, the Project Creator shall regularly update project progress in accordance with Platform requirements and promptly disclose execution status.
5.2 Milestone Supporting Materials
At key milestones involving the release of points, the Project Creator shall submit relevant proof of execution, such as design drafts, sample photos, production contracts, or similar materials.
5.3 Notification of Material Events
If project delays, changes, or other material circumstances affecting delivery occur, the Project Creator shall promptly disclose such information through the Platform.
6.Project Failure and Breach of Obligations
6.1 Cooperation in Project Failure Handling
If a project fails to be successfully executed or delivered, the Project Creator shall actively cooperate with the Platform in initiating project failure handling mechanisms, including refunds or alternative supporter arrangements.
6.2 Liability for Breach
For project failure or material breach caused by the Project Creator’s subjective fault, the Platform reserves the right to take the following measures:
Restrict or permanently prohibit the Project Creator from launching future projects
Freeze relevant project privileges
Pursue liability for breach to the extent permitted by law
7.Platform Management Rights and Rule Adjustments
7.1 Platform Review and Management Authority
The Platform reserves the right to continuously supervise projects, including but not limited to project review, progress monitoring, risk warnings, and necessary intervention.
7.2 Right to Amend Rules
The Platform may reasonably adjust these project initiation rules in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, or operational needs and shall provide prior notice through Platform announcements.
8.Confirmation and Effectiveness of the Rules
By submitting a project application on the Platform and signing the relevant agreements, the Project Creator is deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Project Initiator Rules.
These rules shall take effect from the date of publication and shall constitute an integral part of the Platform User Agreement and Project Agreements.
